- 6+ years working with customers to support a technical product or service.
- Strong knowledge of aviation, satellite communications, and account management.
- Experience managing multiple complex projects and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; able to present to all levels.
- Ability to interact with all levels on technical and account issues.
