🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or high school diploma/equivalency with 6+ years experience.
  • 6+ years in account management or sales.
  • 6+ years working with customers to support a technical product or service.
  • Strong knowledge of aviation, satellite communications, and account management.
  • Experience managing multiple complex projects and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; able to present to all levels.
  • Ability to interact with all levels on technical and account issues.
