- 3+ years of enterprise SaaS account management experience
- Data-driven; understand clients' goals and anticipate needs
- Proven track record in driving revenue growth and expanding market penetration
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and operations
- Strong presentation and executive-level communication skills
