  • Lead and mentor the Enterprise Account Management team.
  • Set goals; conduct evaluations and 1:1s.
  • Build relationships with merchants with $25M+ volume or 25+ locations.
  • Monitor client satisfaction; address issues proactively.
  • Develop and implement EAM strategies to maximize retention and revenue.
  • Align EAM objectives with senior management goals.
  • Streamline processes; identify automation and efficiency opportunities.
  • Support upselling and cross-selling with merchants; attend meetings as needed.
  • Track performance using KPIs defined for EAMs in Salesforce Accountability Scores.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Information Technology.
  • Minimum of 5 years Account Management or relevant industry experience.
  • Payments experience and strong understanding of the Payments industry preferred.
  • Strong understanding of hardware platforms and configuration methods preferred.
  • Experience in hardware deployment and logistics is a plus.
  • Self-sufficient; able to work flexible hours; highly professional.
