  • Navigate complex Higher Education and School District procurement cycles
  • Identify and engage CIOs, IT leaders, academics, and admin stakeholders
  • Travel at least 1x per quarter based on opportunities
  • Understand and respond to RFPs and RFQs
  • Build relationships with CIOs, IT Directors, Procurement Officers
  • Collaborate with Sales Engineers, Solutions Consultants, and CS teams to close deals

🎯 Requirements

  • 7+ years full-cycle tech sales; SaaS preferred
  • Proven success selling to state/local gov, K-12, or higher ed
  • Experience with RFPs, procurement cycles, and gov contracting (NASPO/GSA/DIR)
  • Travel within the assigned region as needed
  • Data-driven approach guiding decisions
  • Familiarity with CRM software and strong written/verbal communication
