  • Break in and build relationships to create demand and new revenue in Enterprise accounts.
  • Uncover new use cases for Search, Security, and Observability to solve key business needs.
  • Identify opportunities, manage the sales cycle, and close complex transactions.
  • Build a robust pipeline and long-term plan via community, customers, and partners to grow Elastic.
  • Deliver revenue targets for New Business SaaS and Professional Services while growing existing customers.
  • Collaborate across Elastic functions for a seamless customer experience.

🎯 Requirements

  • Proven track record selling SaaS and services into net-new complex accounts with quota overachievement.
  • Experience selling into Enterprise Search, Logging, Security, APM, and Cloud ecosystems.
  • Ability to build relationships with IT and LOB executives.
  • Forecasting accuracy using SFDC.
  • Appreciation for Open Source GTM and OSS ecosystem selling experience.
  • Previous experience selling into the Enterprise accounts in this territory.
