  • Own and grow enterprise accounts across Portugal & LATAM from engagement to partnership
  • Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, aligning technical, business, and procurement perspectives
  • Work with Solution Architects, Customer Success, Marketing, and Partners to deliver cohesive account strategies
  • Position Camunda1 value around process orchestration, automation, and operational resilience
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline with accurate, transparent forecasting
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers navigating modernization and large-scale automation

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years quota-bearing software sales in Portugal & LATAM (Enterprise >5,000 employees)
  • 5+ years selling complex IT products across business and IT buying centers
  • Fluent in Portuguese/Spanish with strong English (spoken & written)
  • MEDDIC or MEDPICC and Value Selling methodologies
  • Proven track record selling to C-level in Enterprise accounts
  • Experience in fully remote, cross-functional teams
