  • Articulate Built's value to CRE executives, investors, and GC.
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy in the assigned market.
  • Understand prospect's business through discovery and qualification.
  • Deliver Built value to C-suite execs with limited software experience.
  • Qualify prospects and build ROI/workflow illustrations.
  • Progress opportunities across construction firms to close software deals.
  • Coordinate with execs and internal teams for a great client experience.
  • Learn market, decision-makers, products, and value props, and meet quotas.

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree
  • 4+ years in full-cycle enterprise software sales
  • Enterprise software sales in slow-to-adopt or complex verticals
  • Finance or construction industry experience is a plus
  • Back-office operations knowledge/experience
  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets
  • Interpersonal, writing, and presentation skills
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Integrity, work ethic, and sense of ownership
  • Comfortable in a high-growth environment
  • Based in Dallas, TX and travel up to 50%
