  • Develop and execute a territory plan to create a pipeline of opportunities and hit sales targets.
  • Build expertise in Neo4j solutions for the APAC market; Korean language a plus.
  • Explain the benefits of graph technology vs traditional databases to customers.
  • Drive end-to-end sales cycles using strategic selling approaches.
  • Create and present proposals for Neo4j products and services; coordinate with Pre-Sales for POCs.
  • Land and expand within landed accounts; guide and align BDR and Marketing resources.

🎯 Requirements

  • 7+ years of enterprise sales success selling technical software to large enterprises.
  • Experience selling data platforms or information management tools to enterprise customers; Financial Services preferred.
  • Experience with complex enterprise sales, consultative and MEDDPICC methodologies.
  • Experience with commercial open-source models, on-premise or hybrid deployments.
  • Experience presenting to and managing large enterprise accounts up to C-level across stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Knowledge of public cloud tools (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and data landscape (Generative AI, ETL, no-SQL).
