📋 Description

  • Expand Databricks’ presence with consumer & distribution accounts in UK & Ireland.
  • Develop account strategy to engage all buying centers.
  • Use solution-based selling to deliver enterprise value.
  • Bridge technical and business stakeholders across the sales cycle.
  • Identify tech wins to grow consumption and navigate long cycles.
  • Track account details and forecast using Salesforce and tools.

🎯 Requirements

  • Strong closing experience and quotas exceeded.
  • Cloud data and AI software sales experience; open source familiarity.
  • Track record of high activity to generate and accelerate pipeline.
  • Familiarity with ICP, territory/account tiering, MEDDPICC, Powerbase, value selling.
  • Experience driving SaaS usage-based adoption and co-selling with AWS/Azure/Google Cloud.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
