  • Own full sales cycle: demos, proposals, negotiation, closure.
  • Drive qualified leads into opportunities and convert to customers.
  • Take ownership of your pipeline to meet or exceed bookings.
  • Partner with Onboarding for smooth handoff and go-live.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success to drive cross-sells and renewals.
  • Develop deep expertise in Fintech, Open Banking, and Payments across Latin America.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • +5 years of sales experience, preferably fintech/API selling.
  • Native Portuguese and fluent English; Spanish a plus.
  • Enterprise sales experience with complex end-to-end cycles.
  • Experience managing multi-DM deals or multiple opportunities.
  • Proficient with HubSpot, Salesforce, or a comparable CRM.
  • Hybrid role: office twice a week.
