  • Proven sales track record in Ad-tech, retail media or SaaS with quotas.
  • Deep understanding of marketplaces, DSPs, ad servers, APIs.
  • Prioritize pipeline and accelerate sales cycles to hit targets.
  • Experience ROI-driven solution selling and ROI demonstrations.
  • Strong negotiation and stakeholder management across levels.
  • English (C2); German/French/Dutch a plus.
