- Proven sales track record in Ad-tech, retail media or SaaS with quotas.
- Deep understanding of marketplaces, DSPs, ad servers, APIs.
- Prioritize pipeline and accelerate sales cycles to hit targets.
- Experience ROI-driven solution selling and ROI demonstrations.
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management across levels.
- English (C2); German/French/Dutch a plus.
