🎯 Requirements

  • Enterprise SaaS sales with 100K+ ARR deals
  • History meeting $1M+ annual quotas across multi-stakeholder orgs
  • Strategic prospecting and account-based outreach
  • Experience selling HR tech (HRIS/HCM/Talent Acquisition) a plus
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Gong, Accord, Salesloft or similar
  • Ability to generate a high-quality enterprise pipeline
