  • 5+ years of sales, 3+ in SaaS/B2B software; e-commerce ecosystem a plus.
  • Proven track record closing complex enterprise deals across stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of retail/e-commerce challenges; articulate ROI.
  • Consistent history of over-achievement, resilience, and ownership of results.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and executive presence.
  • Experience with structured sales processes and CRM hygiene; Salesforce preferred.
  • Fluency in English mandatory; Dutch a bonus.
