- 7+ years B2B SaaS sales, with 3+ years in Mid-Market/Enterprise
- Beauty/aesthetics/self-care market experience
- Long sales cycles (6-12 months) with multiple stakeholders
- Sold into multi-location, corporate-owned, PE-backed, or franchise models
- Strong relationship-building with decision-makers; multi-threaded engagement
- Cross-functional coordination with internal teams (sales engineers, legal, finance); executive presence
