  • Own the third-party field events portfolio, including partner summits and major conferences.
  • Build annual and quarterly planning aligned to sales priorities and pipeline.
  • Define event goals, audiences, accounts, seller ownership, and follow-through.
  • Manage sponsorships, vendor relationships, budgets, and on-site execution.
  • Build scalable playbooks for major tentpoles to smaller events.
  • Partner with Product Marketing, Content, Comms, Design, and Production to unify messaging.

🎯 Requirements

  • 7+ years in field or enterprise event marketing or adjacent B2B GTM roles.
  • Deep experience managing third-party events at scale (conferences, sponsorships, partner summits).
  • Experience owning large event portfolios with budgets, vendors, and exec stakeholders.
  • Experience partnering with Sales, Partnerships, Product Marketing, Comms, Design, and Marketing Ops.
  • Strong understanding of how events support pipeline, account progression, and brand presence.
  • Experience building event playbooks, cadences, intake systems, metrics, and resourcing.
