Ensono is a leading provider of hybrid IT services and cloud management. We are seeking a Sr. Sales Executive - New Clients to drive new business and expand our client base in North America. This remote role requires a proven track record in enterprise sales and the ability to engage C-suite stakeholders with tailored solutions.

Overview

As a Sr. Sales Executive - New Clients, you will identify and pursue enterprise opportunities, manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, and collaborate with delivery and marketing teams to ensure successful deployments of Ensono's solutions. You will build trusted relationships with executives, develop compelling proposals, and drive revenue growth for Ensono’s managed services and cloud offerings.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify strategic enterprise opportunities for new client acquisition
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline and forecast quarterly revenue
  • Lead discovery sessions, develop compelling value propositions, and present demonstrations
  • Develop responses to RFPs/RFIs and proposals
  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracting in coordination with legal and finance
  • Collaborate with Solutions Architects and delivery teams to align client needs with Ensono offerings
  • Manage handoffs to implementation and ensure a smooth onboarding experience
  • Stay current on industry trends and competitive landscape

Requirements

  • 8+ years of enterprise software and/or managed services sales experience
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets and closing complex deals
  • Strong relationships with IT and business executives in target industries
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to travel as needed and work remotely in the United States
  • Knowledge of cloud, migration, and managed services is a plus
