Ensono is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to lead IT services delivery for enterprise clients. This role will oversee service operations, governance, and delivery performance, ensuring SLAs are met and client expectations are managed. The candidate will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage incidents and problem resolution, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and align service delivery with contractual commitments.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end service delivery across client engagements.
- Manage incidents, problems, changes, and service level management to meet SLAs.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
- Drive continuous improvement programs and service improvements.
- Provide clear communication to clients and internal teams about performance, risks, and issues.
Qualifications
- Experience in IT services or MSP/outsource delivery environments.
- Strong leadership, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and service management best practices.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent; relevant certifications (ITIL, PMP) are a plus.
