🎯 Requirements
- 10+ years payroll experience (processing, audits, reporting)
- 5+ years Workday HCM experience
- Post-payroll reconciliations experience
- US & Brazil payroll laws, tax filings, statutory requirements
- ADP SmartCompliance experience
- Excel proficiency; detail-oriented and analytical; strong collaboration skills
