Provide DB2 data replication support for Mainframe and LUW DB2 using QREP.
Administer, design, and support QREP, MQueues, Subscriptions, Publications, QMAPS.
Maintain DB2 databases and DR procedures in z/OS and LUW environments.
Monitor replication performance and identify optimization opportunities.
Troubleshoot replication issues; work with operations teams.
Participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation for production support.

🎯 Requirements

8+ years as Mainframe DB2 DBA (z/OS and LUW).
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
Deep expertise with DB2 QREP replication; MQ, publications, and QMAPS.
Experience in replication setup, maintenance, troubleshooting.
Familiarity with IBM Data Studio, CA Platinum, or BMC tools.
On-call support and after-hours availability.
