Ensono is looking for a Scheduling Analyst to support our operations in India (Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, and Pune). The role involves coordinating project schedules, aligning resources, and ensuring timely delivery across client engagements.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and maintain project schedules across multiple client engagements
Collaborate with operations, project managers, and delivery teams to allocate resources
Monitor schedule performance, identify risks, and escalate issues
Update and maintain data in scheduling tools and spreadsheets (Excel)
Prepare status reports and communicate with stakeholders

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in scheduling, operations, or project coordination
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP) and data analysis
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
