Ensono is seeking a Mainframe Systems Security Engineer to join our team in Chennai, India. This role focuses on securing mainframe environments by implementing robust security controls, managing identity and access, encryption, and monitoring across z/OS and related technologies.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement mainframe security controls (RACF, ACF2/TopSecret, SMF/Audit)
- Manage identity and access governance for z/OS and associated applications
- Configure encryption and secure communication for mainframe workloads
- Monitor security events, perform vulnerability assessments, and respond to incidents
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure secure software lifecycle
Qualifications
- Experience with mainframe security (RACF, ACF2/TopSecret, RACF)
- Knowledge of z/OS, CICS, JCL, and IBM security tooling
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
