🎯 Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's in CS/IT or related field.
- Extensive experience in mainframe development, support, and maintenance.
- Experience using Telon.
- Proficiency in COBOL, JCL, CICS, DB2, IMS DC/DB, MQ, and VSAM.
- Strong SDLC knowledge and version control tooling.
- Soft skills: problem-solving, communication, teamwork.
