Expert ServiceNow Administrator at Ensono
Ensono is seeking an Expert ServiceNow Administrator to join our IT operations team in India. In this role, you will administer, configure, and optimize the ServiceNow platform to support IT service management processes across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Administer, configure, and customize the ServiceNow instance to meet business requirements.
- Manage user access, roles, security, and data access controls.
- Maintain CMDB data quality and ensure accurate configuration management information.
- Design and implement workflows, catalog items, approvals, SLAs, and reporting in ServiceNow.
- Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP and MID Server where needed.
- Troubleshoot platform issues, respond to incidents, and participate in problem management.
- Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Plan and participate in platform upgrades, patches, and release management.
- Create dashboards and reports for stakeholders to monitor service performance.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow administration experience.
- ServiceNow System Administrator certification (or equivalent) preferred.
- ITIL Foundation or higher with strong ITSM knowledge.
- Strong knowledge of CMDB, Incident, Problem, Change, and Asset management.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, UI Policies, Business Rules, and scripting within ServiceNow.
- Experience with integrations (REST, SOAP) and MID Server.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
