Role: Expert Application Developer - Workday

The Expert Application Developer will design, develop, test, and support Workday-based HRIS solutions for Ensono and its clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, scalable, and secure Workday integrations and extensions.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain Workday integrations and custom extensions.
Collaborate with product managers, QA, and client teams to deliver high-quality Workday solutions.
Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and architecture discussions.
Troubleshoot production incidents and implement robust fixes.
Create and maintain clear technical documentation and best practices.

Qualifications

Proven experience with Workday HCM, Payroll, or related Workday modules.
Strong knowledge of Workday integrations (Workday Studio, EIB, REST/SOAP APIs).
Experience with data mapping, error handling, and data integrity checks.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work with distributed teams and across time zones.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
