Data Center Operator at Ensono

Join Ensono as a Data Center Operator to support remote data center operations across client environments. You will monitor infrastructure, respond to incidents, and help keep services online in a distributed, remote-friendly setup.

Responsibilities

• Monitor data center infrastructure including power, cooling, servers, and network devices using monitoring tools.
• Respond to alerts, perform triage, and coordinate incident response with on-call engineers.
• Rack and stack hardware, manage cabling, and assist with routine maintenance and patching.
• Document changes, procedures, and runbooks; assist with capacity planning and environmental monitoring.
• Collaborate with facilities, network, and IT teams to ensure uptime and performance.

Requirements

• Basic understanding of data center operations and infrastructure.
• Experience with Linux or Windows Server administration is a plus.
• Familiarity with DCIM tools, IPMI, and hardware management concepts is desirable.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a remote environment and participate in on-call rotations if required.
