- Document procedures and update runbooks.
Requirements
- Interest or experience in data center operations, IT infrastructure, or network operations.
- Ability to work in India time zones and participate in on-call rotations if required.
- Basic knowledge of Linux/Windows, networking concepts, and monitoring tools.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
