Overview
Ensono is seeking a Client Engagement Executive to serve as the primary liaison between clients and Ensono's delivery teams. You will manage client relationships, understand client objectives, drive renewals and upsell opportunities, and coordinate cross-functional delivery resources to ensure client success.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with assigned clients
- Understand client goals and translate them into action plans with Ensono's teams
- Coordinate cross-functional resources to ensure delivery excellence and on-time outcomes
- Drive renewals and identify opportunities for expansion
- Communicate value and outcomes to clients and internal stakeholders
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in account management, client success, or professional services in IT, cloud, or managed services
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with senior stakeholders
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and project coordination
