Support the development and delivery of print, email, SMS and other content requirements.
Manage member marketing calendar, scheduling and deployment.
Continuously A/B test and optimize campaigns to drive incremental gains in conversion and engagement.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance.
Leverage data-driven insights to inform the messaging strategy for each lifecycle stage of customers.
Be a positive contributor on a small and nimble team. Be willing to tackle new projects as they come up.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's Degree.
Experience with Braze and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Ability to solve problems and provide automation solutions.
Self-starter in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Creative and resourceful with strong attention to detail.
Team player able to collaborate with key stakeholders.
