📋 Description

• Meet daily targets for calls, CS time, apps and files.
• Hit term enrollment targets per program.
• Meet Call/SMS/Email quality scores as directed.
• Build and manage a lead pipeline.
• Advise prospects via consultative enrollment to assess fit.
• Flexible schedule including weekends/evenings; may exceed 40 hrs.

🎯 Requirements

• 4-year degree or equivalent combination of education/experience.
• Experience in sales-focused contact center or inside sales preferred.
• Knowledge of college admissions/recruitment preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure with tight timelines.
• Available for occasional evenings until 9 PM and Saturdays as required.
