Role Overview

The Marketplace Manager (m/f/d) will drive growth and operations of Enmacc's energy trading marketplace. This hybrid role, based in Munich with remote flexibility, will own onboarding, partnerships, governance, and performance across the platform. You will collaborate with Product, Data, and Commercial teams to increase liquidity and deliver value to traders and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end marketplace operations to drive liquidity, activity, and user satisfaction.
• Develop and manage partnerships with energy suppliers, traders, and financial institutions.
• Define go-to-market strategies, onboarding processes, pricing rules, and marketplace governance.
• Collaborate with Product, Data, and Customer Success to optimize user experience and platform features.
• Track KPIs, run experiments, and report performance to leadership.
• Support cross-functional initiatives to scale the marketplace internationally.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in energy trading, marketplace operations, or B2B SaaS.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Data-driven mindset with comfort using analytics tools (SQL/Excel as a baseline).
• Fluency in English; German language skills a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment (Munich/Remote).
