Role Overview
You will manage key accounts, drive revenue growth in the DACH region, onboard new customers, and collaborate with product, customer success, and sales teams to deliver value.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional account plans for the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with energy trading desks, utilities, and brokers.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities; manage renewals and pricing discussions.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to deliver customer value and ensure adoption.
- Negotiate contracts and terms to close deals while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Represent Enmacc at industry events and conferences.
Requirements
- 3+ years in B2B account management, sales, or business development in energy trading, commodities, or fintech (DACH experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of energy markets and regulatory landscape in the DACH region.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
- Excellent German and English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and standard office software.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
