Enhanced Due Diligence Analyst

📋 Description

• Conduct enhanced due diligence reviews for higher-risk customers per procedures and regulatory expectations.
• Perform open-source research and documentation analysis on media, sanctions, and PEP exposure.
• Evaluate complex entities, synthesize findings into investigative summaries, and SARs when appropriate.
• Investigate and escalate EDD alerts (sanctions, adverse media, PEPs) and advise senior stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication; engage professionally with customers in sensitive situations.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools to accelerate research, provide prompt refinement, while maintaining judgment.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in enhanced due diligence, AML investigations, or deep investigative work.
• Strong investigative writing skills with the ability to clearly summarize complex risks.
• Excellent research and analytical skills, comfortable with large data sets.
• Experience conducting open-source research and adverse media analysis.
• Familiarity with regulatory expectations related to EDD, SAR, and CDD.
• Ability to apply sound judgment in ambiguous or higher-risk scenarios.
