🎯 Requirements

- Hands-on leader who writes code and makes sound technical decisions.
- Strong people management: hiring, coaching, feedback, and resolving conflicts.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Fullstack Developer.
- At least 5 years of experience with our stack: TypeScript, Node.js, MongoDB, Kafka, Redis.
- English at B2+ level.
