📋 Description

• Lead a team of 3-5 Fullstack developers.
• Write and review code with ~70/30 split toward management.
• Ensure the team follows company processes and guidelines.

• Mentor and develop engineers; conduct regular 1:1 meetings.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years software development; 2+ years as Team Lead for 3–5 developers.
• Hands-on leader who writes code, makes decisions, and designs systems.
• Strong people management: hiring, coaching, feedback, conflict resolution.
• 3+ years as a Fullstack Developer.
• 5+ years in product companies; stack: TS, Node.js, MongoDB, Kafka, Redis.
• English at B2+ level; able to discuss technical topics confidently.
