- Strong people management: hiring, coaching, feedback, and conflict resolution.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Fullstack Developer.
- 5+ years in product companies using TypeScript, Node.js, MongoDB, Kafka, Redis.
- Your English is at B2+ level and you can discuss technical topics confidently.
