🎯 Requirements

• 10+ yrs as software developer; 2+ yrs as Team Lead/Engineering Manager (3-5 devs).
• Hands-on leader who writes code, makes tech decisions, and designs systems.
• Strong people management: hiring, coaching, feedback, conflict resolution.
• 3+ years as a Fullstack Developer.
• 5+ years in product companies; stack: TypeScript, Node.js, MongoDB, Kafka, Redis.
• English B2+ level; able to discuss technical topics.
