Engineering Team Leader, DX Platform

📋 Description

• Lead a team of 5-8 Fullstack developers.
• Write and review code; ~70/30 split toward management.
• Ensure the team follows processes and engineering guidelines.
• Own feature delivery and meet deadlines.
• Make technical decisions and design new features with peers.
• Mentor engineers and conduct regular 1:1s.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of software development; 2+ years as Team Lead or Eng Manager.
• Hands-on leader who writes code and designs systems.
• Strong people management: hiring, coaching, feedback, conflict resolution.
• At least 5 years as a Fullstack Developer.
• At least 5 years experience with TypeScript, Node.js, MongoDB, Kafka, Redis.
• English at B2+ level.
