🎯 Requirements

10+ years of software development; 2+ years as Team Lead/Engineering Manager.
Hands-on leader who can write code and design systems.
Strong people management: hiring, coaching, feedback, conflicts.
At least 3 years as a Fullstack Developer.
5+ years in product companies with TS, Node.js, MongoDB, Kafka, Redis.
English at B2+ level.
