🎯 Requirements

- Strong people management skills including hiring coaching feedback and conflict resolution.
- At least 5 years of experience as a Fullstack Developer.
- At least 5 years with TypeScript, Node.js, MongoDB, Kafka, Redis.
- Experience in fast growing companies or startups; English B2+ level.
