Propose and implement end-to-end agentic workflows (spec, plan, execute, verify).

🎯 Requirements

Managed an engineering team of at least 2 people.
Backend experience with Elixir/Phoenix or Ruby; functional programming.
Strong commitment to promoting Remote values.
Strong engineering fundamentals; ship secure, reliable, scalable systems.
Experience with agentic/automation workflows (or similar).
Systems thinking: define specs, break down plans, verify quality.
