• Manage a small product team of 3-5 engineers (backend and frontend).
• 30% of time spent on management; actively participates in product development.
• Involved in hiring for their team and helps peers.
• Responsible for onboarding new engineers.
• As team spokesperson, manage dynamics and bring out the best.
• Provide continuous, constructive feedback and support career growth.

🎯 Requirements

• Managed an engineering team of at least 2 people.
• Backend experience: Elixir/Phoenix or Ruby; functional programming.
• Strong engineering fundamentals; ship secure, scalable systems.
• Experience designing/adopting agentic/automation workflows.
• Systems thinking: define specs, plan, verify, quality loop.
• Excellent communication skills.
