🎯 Requirements

• Managed an engineering team of at least 2 people.
• Backend experience: Elixir/Phoenix or Ruby, or functional programming.
• Strong engineering fundamentals; secure, reliable systems.
• Experience designing agentic/automation workflows.
• Systems thinking: clear specs, plans, verification, quality.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
