- Strong engineering fundamentals and a track record shipping secure, reliable, scalable systems.
- Practical experience designing or adopting agentic/automation workflows (or comparable systems).
- Ability to think in systems: define specs clearly, break down plans, instrument verification, and close the loop on quality.
