🎯 Requirements

Managed an engineering team of at least 2 people.
Frontend (React, JS, ES6, Jest) or Backend (Elixir/Phoenix) experience.
Strong engineering fundamentals for secure, reliable, scalable systems.
Practical experience designing or adopting agentic/automation workflows.
Ability to think in systems: define specs, break down plans, verify, close the loop on quality.
Solid communication skills.
