π― Requirements
- 7+ years of technical experience in voice ops or DevOps.
- 4+ years leading engineering teams.
- Knowledge of SIP stack, call flows, and voice troubleshooting.
- Hands-on with SBCs and policy servers; Ribbon experience preferred.
- On-call operations and incident management experience.
- AWS cloud platform familiarity and security awareness.
