  • Lead a global voice operations team focused on reliability.
  • Manage daily ops incl. incident response and on-call.
  • Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot SBCs and policy servers.
  • Analyze SIP signaling and call flows to identify issues.
  • Collaborate with Network, Cloud, Security and Engineering teams.
  • Partner with Ribbon for troubleshooting and platform upgrades.

🎯 Requirements

  • 7+ years of technical experience in voice ops or DevOps.
  • 4+ years leading engineering teams.
  • Knowledge of SIP stack, call flows, and voice troubleshooting.
  • Hands-on with SBCs and policy servers; Ribbon experience preferred.
  • On-call operations and incident management experience.
  • AWS cloud platform familiarity and security awareness.
