🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of program management experience in aerospace/aviation or similar industries.
- Proven experience managing supplier management and strong external supplier collaboration programs.
- Experience with vehicle development programs (aircraft, automotive, or similar).
- Strong project management proficiency.
- Excellence in stakeholder management.
