📋 Description

• Close Communication Gaps: unify tech strategy and accelerate decisions.
• Oversee cross-functional initiatives from ideation to execution with SLT/ELT.
• Plan and lead key meetings, workshops, and offsites.
• Represent department heads in pivotal meetings with a technology perspective.
• Drive accountability: track and present progress of plans and goals.
• Identify opportunities to improve strategy and skills.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of operations and/or strategy work.
• Technology startup experience highly preferred.
• Track record of building new operational processes and handling ambiguity.
• Demonstrated ability to evaluate new product opportunities with stakeholders and partners.
• Willingness to roll up your sleeves and fix problems hands-on when needed.
• Experience using data to analyze performance and drive strategic decisions.
