🎯 Requirements

  • 3–7 years in engineering operations, PM, or technical support in SaaS.
  • Experience with engineering teams (dev, ops, SRE, product).
  • Familiarity with OKR frameworks, agile methods, PM tools (JIRA, Asana, Trello).
  • Strong written and verbal communication; stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination.
  • Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent).
