📋 Description

• Lead and grow a cross-functional engineering team building innovative test management solutions.
• Drive Agile practices, ensuring quality, scalability, and efficiency in software delivery.
• Foster collaboration and continuous improvement across distributed teams.
• Lead, coach, and mentor engineers across the Zephyr portfolio.
• Partner with PMs, UX, and engineering teams to deliver outcomes.
• Define and measure processes and metrics that ensure market readiness and customer value.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in software development with 3+ years leading teams.
• Background in SaaS with distributed teams.
• BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Strong software development experience and ability to coach engineers.
• Knowledge of public and private cloud technologies.
• Ability to turn high-level goals into actionable plans.
