🎯 Requirements

5+ years leading distributed systems teams.
Strong background in distributed systems and workflow tooling.
Experience with large-scale orchestration tools (Airflow, Dagster, Flyte).
Strong software engineering principles, OOP/FP, design patterns.
Proven cross-functional delivery across engineering and product.
Excellent communication for complex technical concepts.
